Firefox Myths

web2.0, browsers No Comments

Firefox has been a favorite browser of mine for the past few months because of it’s cool features - tabbed browsing, RSS feeds, extensions, open source and sleek interface.

You agree too, right? Here’s a link that debunks all the above conceived notions on Firefox, enough to rattle your confidence in the browser. With many new browsers like Flock, Seamonkey and Maxthon trying to capture IE’s dominant market share with add-ons, there’s real innovation in this space coming up.

But I really do wonder if these browsers are any safer and better than IE or Opera? I am moving onto Opera from today, the most secure and the first to integrate most of the features mentioned above. So much secure, that there have been no unpatched vulnerabilities according to the link.
