Nigam, aged 30, works in the area of Network Switching - Ethernet and LANs, in Bangalore, India’s very own Silicon Valley. Prior to this, he worked on Network Processors and Network Attached Storage Products during his five year stint at Agere Systems Inc, Allentown, PA. He holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of North Carolina, Charlotte. He aspires to be a successful entrepreneur in the Indian technology arena over the next five years and is working towards the goal.

His interests vary from Computer Networks, Design, Technology, Web2.0, Gadgets to Books on Management, History, Philosophy, Music (Indian Classical, Beatles, Eric Clapton, Led Zep, Santana, Rod Stewart, Bob Marley, Guns N Roses, Deep Purple) and Movies (David Fincher, David Lynch, Alexandre Amenabar, Roberto Beningini, Martin Scorcese, Al Pacino, De Niro, Jodie Foster, Elizabeth Shue, KamalHassan being his favorites)

This blog’s intent is to structure his thoughts on various aspects of his life, his interests and his opinions ranging from Indian politics to economics to technology to art in a cohesive and coherent manner.
